It’s very hard to. Every change shows you a preview first, and every published change has one-click undo — your site is always one click away from how it was.
No. Your site stays exactly where it is — same hosting, same domain, same address. We work through the hosting login you already have. If you ever want us to host it instead, we can.
It’s the same access you’d give any web person — we just treat it more carefully than most. Your login lives in an encrypted password manager, never in email or spreadsheets. Where your host allows it, we use a limited account instead of your master login. You can change the password any time to cut off access instantly, and if you ever cancel, we delete every credential and confirm it in writing.
Very common, and fixable. The hosting account is your business’s property — we’ll give you the exact two-line email to send, and most handovers take a day. No awkward breakup required: you’re not firing anyone, you’re just holding your own keys.
